Our Maintenance Agreement Plan is a great way to keep your unit in tip top shape while also giving you peace of mind if a problem should arise. Our new Maintenance Gold Plan offers a wide variety of benefits that cater to all customers at a low monthly cost. Listed below are the many benefits and procedures included in our new plan.
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- 20% Discount on all parts
- Twice yearly service
- 25% off 410A refrigerant
- No diagnostic charges ($79.00 SAVINGS)
- No warranty processing fees ($35.00 SAVINGS)
- No hourly charge on warranty replacement parts
- $500 off any new unit replacement
- $100 off any home energy upgrade
- Annual outdoor coil cleaning (with summer service)
- Priority customer status
- Inflation protection
BIANNUAL PROCEDURES INCLUDE:
- Inspect filter and change filter with customer provided filter
- Inspect indoor and outdoor coil
- Inspect primary drain line
- Inspect secondary drain line
- Inspect blower motor and components
- Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
- Monitor air conditioning operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge
- Monitor voltage and amperage draws on all motors
- Monitor air conditioning and heating cycles
- Inspect heat exchangers and burners and vacuum and adjust when necessary
- Adjust gas pressure when necessary
- Monitor flue draft for safe operation
- Inspect and test safety controls
- Inspect thermostat operations
